Lead I - Software Engineering

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others developmental activities

Outcomes:

1. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  Title : Java Developer Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices. Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall system design. Optimize application performance and scalability. Ensure proper documentation of application design and implementation. Skills and Qualifications: Strong expertise in Core Java and advanced Java concepts (JDK 8 and above). Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate. Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with version control tools (e. g. , Git). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e. g. , Maven, Jenkins). Hands-on experience in working with multi-threaded applications. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e. g. , Angular, React) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working in investment banking or financial services domain. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
