Lead Support Engineer - PAM

UST is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 Delinea Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced support for Delinea administration and maintenance, ensuring seamless functionality while driving process improvements. While experience with Delinea is preferred, candidates with expertise in CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training on Delinea.

• Provide Level 3 technical support for Delinea implementation and ongoing operations.
• Administer and maintain on-premises Delinea components, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow queue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal technical support teams, business units, and third-party vendors.
• Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
• Document support processes, known errors, and best practices.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases with accurate and up-to-date resources.
• Identify, capture, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and system performance.
• Create, manage, and implement change requests via ServiceNow while adhering to established protocols.
• Support project-related activities and ensure successful implementation of required changes.

• Experience in Delinea administration and support is highly desirable.
• Candidates with expertise in CyberArk or similar PAM tools are welcome and will receive Delinea training.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience in automation.
• Familiarity with incident and request management systems, particularly ServiceNow .
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
