Summary:

UST is looking for Mechanical Design Engineers with strong experience in Autodesk Inventor.

The Opportunity:

Design or modify mechanical engineering detailed drawings of moderate scope under general supervision

Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate difficultly under general supervision

Implement concepts of moderate product issues and mechanical solutions of moderate difficulty

May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes

Enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle

Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

What you need:

Extensive Autodesk Inventor Modeling (Solid), Assembly & Drawing.

Knowledge of Product Structure Management , BOM etc.

Knowledge of Engineering Change Management.

Knowledge/Exposure to Design for Assembly & Design For Serviceability.

Basic level experience in Teamcenter.

Manufacturing process knowledge

Required Skills:

Requires strong skills in Product technology, problem-solving, communication skills, customer orientation, personal effectiveness, team skills, and quality.

Posses Semiconductor domain or SPM domain experience.

Good working skills in Excel and PPT creations

Qualification:

Mechanical Engineering graduation or equivalent

5-8 years of experience
