Communicate findings: Present findings to decision makers and collaborate with managers to ensure changes are implemented.

Support systems: Implement, support, and document business systems, and collaborate with IT teams to develop strategies.

Map processes: Map and optimize IT processes.

Drive change: Build consensus across the organization and drive change.

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with software like Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements.

Knowledge of business structure.
