Key Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 certification processes on members and claims data submitted by client plans to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Analyze reports generated on the portal for the client to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in data quality and perform Level-2 certification.

• Conduct thorough reviews and audits of data submissions, ensuring adherence to established data definition mapping and guidelines.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of certification processes, issues, and corrective actions taken.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the data operations team, to resolve data issues and ensure timely submission of data from Blues.

• Generate reports on data certification outcomes and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.

• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims data, member data, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL or Databricks or Tableau , and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
