Job Description
Experience Level:
- 5 to 12 years
- Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs .
- Work on microservices architecture , ensuring efficient integration and communication between services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop unit test cases to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Integrate applications with Java-based APIs and work with database platforms like DB2, Sybase, and MSSQL Server .
- Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) for application deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices and participate in code reviews .
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (6+ years), Spring Boot, and Microservices development .
- Proficiency in Hibernate and RESTful API integration .
- Experience working with relational databases (DB2, Sybase, MSSQL Server) .
- Hands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in development projects .
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies .
- Experience in writing unit test cases for robust application development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
- Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture .
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) .
- Exposure to containerization and cloud-native application deployment .
- Experience in performance tuning and optimizing Java applications .
