Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

Work Location: -Bangalore

7 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

The SAP ABAP Developer will be an individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, and testing. The role demands the ability to work independently, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions are delivered according to business needs.

• Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Solution Development:

  • Design and develop efficient, scalable, and optimized ABAP solutions in SAP.
  • Work on complex SAP modules and integrations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Code Development & Testing:

  • Develop high-quality, reusable ABAP code in SAP environments.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed code.
  • Ensure proper documentation of code and related technical details.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

• SAP ABAP Expertise:

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Experience with SAP modules and the ability to develop solutions based on business requirements.

• End-to-End Solution Delivery:

  • Expertise in requirements gathering , solution design , coding , and testing .
  • Experience with ABAP Workbench , Smartforms , ALV Reporting , IDocs , BAPIs , and RFCs .

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects , BAPI , ALV , RFC , and IDoc integration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture , data dictionary , and performance tuning.

• Business Communication:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Capability to work independently and deliver results within specified timelines.

• Onboarding Timeline:
  Must be available within 2 to 3 weeks to onboard and join the project.

• Location:
  India (Vendor Location, Preference for MITC, Bangalore ).
