Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance APIs, AI integrations, and data engineering solutions . The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices, and AI/ML frameworks .

Key Responsibilities

1. API Development

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance APIs .
• Integrate APIs with large language models and AI services.
• Develop APIs as AWS Lambda functions or Azure Function Apps .
• Ensure security, accessibility, and efficiency in API design.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

2. Code Quality and Best Practices

• Define, document, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code.

3. Mentorship

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning .

4. DevOps and Continuous Integration

• Enhance and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for Azure/AWS deployments .
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for robust code quality.

5. AI and Data Engineering

• Optimize application performance by applying AI and data engineering principles.
• Support machine learning models and data pipelines .

6. Continuous Learning and Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging Python, AI, and data engineering technologies .
• Experiment with and integrate new tools and frameworks into workflows.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Python development .
• Strong expertise in API development using Flask/Django .
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda) or Azure (Function Apps) .
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing .
• Experience working in Agile environments .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large language models (GPT-3, BERT) .
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries .
• Experience with Apache Spark and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) .
• Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
