Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PM)

Location: Mumbai, India

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead, plan, execute, and finalize complex projects within defined timelines and budgets. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, including defining project objectives, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project performance, report on progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met with high quality and within budget.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts effectively.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with Global Teams: Experience in managing remote teams or working in a global environment.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry (e. g. , IT, FinTech, Healthcare) where the company operates.
• Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change initiatives alongside project delivery.
• Data Analytics/Reporting: Ability to analyze project data and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Experience with managing large project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party vendors and contractors.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 7+ years of proven experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/project leadership role.
