Lead I - Software Engineering (Azure DevOps)

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others developmental activities

Outcomes:

1. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  Mandatory Skills: o Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, boards, and repositories. o Proficiency in configuring and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployments. o Experience with Azure Repos, Artifacts, and managing version control systems like Git. o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Azure Storage. o Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates o Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, or Python for task automation and system management. o Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for performance monitoring and diagnostics. o Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes (especially AKS) for orchestration. o Knowledge of Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), Key Vault for managing security and secrets. o Familiarity with implementing secure DevOps practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and automated vulnerability scanning. o Experience in Git workflows and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools. Good-to-Have Skills: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. o Problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex infrastructure challenges.
