Developer II - Enterprise Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer with experience in creating engaging visual designs for Workday applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and improve the employee experience on the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design 2D assets, including icons, illustrations, and UI elements, for Workday interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers and HR teams to optimize workflows and user experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency while innovating new visual styles for the Workday platform.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and Workday UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience with designing for enterprise applications, especially Workday, is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D design skills and relevant work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio or related tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Understanding of HR systems and enterprise workflows.
• Experience with agile development processes.
• Experience 3 to 5 years
