Lead I - Product Management

• UST is looking for a Actuarial Solutions: Senior Product Specialist, with following skillset and experience:

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the IT industry
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes
• Fluency in english, both written and verbal Strong sense of customer service, ownership and accountability
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in market research, product roadmap development, and driving product success
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management frameworks
• Continuous leaner with a curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends
• Manages individual tasks and timelines with an ability to work without direct supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works as the first point of contact for the Global userbase for any questions on the product
• Troubleshoot issues that the users run into
• Resolve and/or escalate to the Product Manager/Development team as applicable
• Launch product solution(s) that meet the customer needs and drive business growth
• Conduct demonstrations of the product, train end users and answer questions/queries from them
• Create and maintain the documentation and user guides for the new system
• Drive user adoption and engagement through effective communication
• Continuously improve user experience based on customer feedback and data analysis
• Seeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems and work with the Product Manager to prioritize on the backlog
• Mentor and coach teammates on product thinking

Technical Requirements:

• Must-Have Snowflake SQL AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Azure Power BI Preferred: Insurance and/or reinsurance industry knowledge AWS Cloud practitioner certification
• Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Professional Certifications
