Sr Level Linux Engineer 11+ years of experience in Configuring/Managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Amazon Linux servers and strong troubleshooting skills. Maintaining the stability, performance, and security of computer systems. Configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software. Installing and configuring operating systems and applications. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Participate in troubleshooting sessions with tenants/end users, providing guidance, direction, resolution, etc. Join Incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed Monitoring platform and taking actions to mitigate any performance or operational issues. Perform basic troubleshooting of the OS Linux, hardware, security agents, and perform escalations as needed. Perform patching/updating of OS Linux, hardware (firmware), and security agents. Join Incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed. Cloud knowledge (GCP/AWS) is optional.
