SDET - Java & Selenium API

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 4-6 years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and executing test automation frameworks for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Automation Development:

   • Leverage the existing automation framework to develop and implement automated test cases across various domains, including:
     a. User Interface (UI) testing
     b. SOAP and/or RESTful Web Services
     c. Relational and Non-relational Databases

2. Script Maintenance:

   • Maintain, enhance, and refactor existing test scripts to improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.

3. Reporting Analysis:

   • Provide clear and detailed updates on automation progress, regression test execution, and results, including appropriate metrics and reports generated from the framework.

4. Collaboration Prioritization:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand testing priorities and ensure timely automation of upcoming features.

5. Environment Coordination:

   • Work closely with the functional team and DevSecOps to coordinate data refresh and configuration setup as needed before regression test executions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and Selenium for test automation
• Good understanding of API testing (SOAP/REST)
• Proficiency in database testing (Relational/Non-relational)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
