Project Manager A bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, or in a related area. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and self-starting mindset is expected. Reports directly to either an IT Program Manager. The PM augments project work to enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add and strengthen the value delivered by the IT Pharma 4. 0 Program. Responsibilities: Oversees migration timeline & resource management. Manages stakeholder communication. Develop project plan, manage timelines, and milestones. Coordinate team activities, aligning with objectives. Handle risk, budget, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Facilitate the definition of scope/objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability, allocation; develop a detailed project plan, and monitor progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification and governance techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Where applicable, meet with customers to understand specific requirements of each project Delegate project tasks based on team members strengths, skill sets and experience levels Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Use and continually develop leadership skills Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in computer science or relevant field 5+ years work experience in healthcare (e. g. Biotech, Pharma, Medical Equipment, etc. ) Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AGILE/SCRUM certification is a plus Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Manager top skills & proficiencies: Developing and Tracking Budgets Team Supervision Staffing, Team Building and Relationship Management Project Management Resource Management Process Improvement Planning Performance Management Risk and Issue Management Vendor Management Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
