We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in implementing observability solutions, particularly with tools like Dynatrace, and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a advocating for cloud solutions and agile delivery models, while effectively managing technical projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will be a advocating for cloud solutions and agile delivery models, while effectively managing technical projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation of observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to enhance system monitoring and performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability among team members.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Delivery:
- Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in observability and cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in implementing observability solutions.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.
Skills:
- Technical expertise in observability tools (Dynatrace preferred) and cloud technologies.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team dynamics and motivation.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively
