Job Description

Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team

Outcomes:

Test Estimates and Schedules-. Ensure Test Coverage
Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports to evidence for testing
Publish RCA reports and preventive measures

We are looking for a D365 Automation Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation, functional testing, and performance testing of D365 applications, ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. Design and implement test automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on D365 modules. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test scenarios and requirements. Utilize tools like Selenium, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), Azure DevOps, or Tricentis Tosca for test automation. Ensure test coverage for D365 Finance Operations (FO), Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain modules. Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution in Azure DevOps. Report defects, track issues, and verify fixes using Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test management tools. Required Skills Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (FO preferred) Strong experience with Selenium test automation tools Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Test Plans, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in scripting languages like C#, Java, or Python for automation testing. Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Good understanding of business processes within D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales). Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
