Job Description

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes:

Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others developmental activities
Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc
Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.

Power BI SME Lead- Job Summary: The Power BI SME Lead is a senior position requiring 7-8 years of experience in BI Engineering, based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India. The role involves leading a team of problem solvers to address complex business challenges using data, analytics, and insights. The candidate will be responsible for strategy execution, managing project deliverables, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and fostering team collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership by directly working with clients, managing risks, and contributing to the companys Center of Excellence activities. A bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required, along with strong technical skills in Power BI and other analytics tools. Technical Skills Required: Primary Skills: Power BI, Visualization, Excel Secondary Skills: Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Excel Macro, Data Analytics Position Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building advanced data analytics solutions. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering managed data and analytics programs (managed services and assets). Extensive experience in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines for data ingestion, storage, and integration. Proficiency in building efficient data analytics using leading industry tools such as Python, SQL, and Spark. Experience in building and maintaining data governance solutions, including data quality, metadata management, lineage, master data management, and data security. Strong knowledge of data consumption patterns and BI tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense. Excellent communication, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills. Nice to Have: Certifications in Power BI and other BI tools. Certification in any cloud platform.
