Experience Range: 3-6 years

Hiring Location: Trivandrum, Chennai, Kochi, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Java-based applications, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues related to application functionality, performance, and security.

• Analyze and resolve production issues, including bugs, system failures, and performance degradation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and product management, to understand application functionality and improve processes.

• Work on code updates, bug fixes, and application enhancements.

• Maintain and improve existing application infrastructure.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Assist in the deployment of software updates, patches, and new features.

• Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and improvements for future reference.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and related technologies.

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and debugging Java applications.

• Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.

• Experience with SQL databases and writing optimized queries.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

• Understanding of security best practices for Java applications.
