Role & responsibilities

We are developing a housing project "Pichora Heights" at Damuadhunga Haldwani comprising of 3 BHK apartments. Construction is nearing completion. We have one vacancy for Marketing Head.

He is required to use his communication skills and brief visitors on the project, features & pricing. He should use his good communication skills and convince them to buy the flats.

Additional requirement is to manage record of transactions, ensure TDS compliamces and do specific receivable tracking along with necessary documentation for builder buyer agreements and sale deed.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in book keeping/accounting/Sales/Marketing is preferred. Any candidate who is good in hindi/english and can speak well and can positively influence mind of listner. From Kumaon.
