- Provide expert counseling on academic options, admission procedures, and career guidance.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their interests, qualifications, and budget.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students and parents to understand their academic goals and provide tailored guidance.
- Stay updated on educational trends, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities in India and abroad.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and other stakeholders to gather information and facilitate admissions.
- Manage and maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in educational seminars, workshops, and events to promote the organization s services.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate and timely information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and address student concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of the education system in India and abroad, especially in medical education, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
