Executive Dealer Management System - Pune, Delhi & Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Support all issues of dealers and PVPL employees of CV and Vespa for All India at second level, if required at first level also).

• Look into technical issues, if any.

• Co-ordinate with dealer (Domestic and export) and PVPL team for any intermediate discussion w.r.t. issues.

• Co-ordinate with dealer (Domestic and export) and PVPL team for issue closure.

• Testing of new enhancements published and communicate to all concern.

• On job training for dealers as well as PVPL team.

• Travel to dealership location for training or resolution of issues.

• Any other adhoc jobs as per requirement and capability of candidate.

• Co-ordinate with various vendors for issues/integration with various systems/etc.

• Classroom training to be conducted for dealers as well as PVPL team.

• Candidate must be having good understanding of CRM processes in automobile domain, they should be presently providing L1, L2 support in the dealership domain.

• Candidate must be willing to travel across South Zone all states.

• Should have leadership experience and communication skill

• Should have knowledge of GRM/DMS/SDLC

• Knowledge of Dealer Management System is mandatory.
