Role & responsibilities

• Running & monitoring the process parameters as per SOP.
• Identification of critical parameters & its suggestions/implementation in SOP.
• Troubleshoot during operation
• Well aware of unit operation like reactor , distillation , filtration & drying.
• P&ID & interlock, logic preparation
• HAZOP study with process safety team
• Inputs for improvement of processes during commissioning & after commissioning.
• Coordination with QC/R&D for running trials.
• Maintaining safety & housekeeping on the shop floor during the operation.
• Coordination with PD engineers, R&D scientist & analytical dept.
• ISO Documentation
• QA Documentation
• SAP

Preferred candidate profile

Executives: BE / B.Tech - Chemical engineering with 4 to 8 Years of Experience in Agrochemical/API industry in same field.

Supervisors: Diploma Chemical / B.Sc. - Chemistry with 3 to 6 Years of Experience in Agrochemical/API industry in same field.
