Position description: Offer empathetic and confidential support, employing active listening and interpersonal skills to assist individuals in navigating personal challenges and fostering mental well-being.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, applying active listening and empathy to understand individuals' concerns and provide emotional support while guiding them through coping strategies.
  
• Collaborate with senior counselors and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement mental health programs, workshops, or outreach initiatives aimed at promoting overall well-being within the community.
