About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join PhysicsWallah as Trainee Career Coaches. The role involves preparing students for interviews and career opportunities through effective training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and guide students on interview preparation techniques and soft skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging training modules on communication and professional development.
• Provide personalized support to students to enhance their confidence and presentation skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BA/MA in English or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward career success.
• Freshers with a keen interest in training and career coaching are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Stability and commitment to complete the 6-month training program in Bangalore.
• Flexibility to adapt to virtual training during the initial selection round.

Selection Process:

• Only 1 virtual round of interview.
