SnapLogic Developer - Middleware Technologies (5-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SnapLogic Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in middleware technologies, strong debugging and optimization skills, and exposure to modern integration and automation tools. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SnapLogic Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing SnapLogic flows.

- Troubleshoot and enhance existing SnapLogic pipelines for performance and scalability.

2. Integration Knowledge :

- Experience in integrating with tools like SFTP, Salesforce (SFDC), and APIs.

- Proficient in utilizing Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures, particularly with SnapLogic.

3. Automation and Scripting :

- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to enhance workflow efficiency.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for SnapLogic integrations using GIT and other DevOps concepts.

4. Testing and Agile Practices :

- Willingness to contribute to testing as part of project delivery.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices for efficient project execution.

5. Communication and Collaboration :

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Ability to collaborate closely with HPE leads to meet project goals.

6. Proactive and Self-Motivated :

- Actively driven to learn new technologies and expand technical expertise.

- Capable of working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.

7. Flexibility and Reliability :

- Open to working in shifts, including MTP or during critical MI support, if required.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Core Experience : 4-8 years in IT, with 2-3 years dedicated to SnapLogic.

- Middleware Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of middleware platforms and SnapLogic-specific optimizations.

Tool Proficiency :

- Strong hands-on experience with GIT and CI/CD tools.

- Exposure to Kafka and its integration with SnapLogic.

- Understanding of SFTP, Salesforce, and APIs.

- Testing Skills : Understanding of software testing principles with a willingness to contribute to testing processes.

- Agile Methodology : Exposure to Agile practices and frameworks.
