Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles, with demonstrable experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice. This role requires a strong understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting: This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical roles, including but not limited to [List specific roles, e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers].
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice, utilizing Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques. Maintain a high level of proficiency in these platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates, evaluating technical skills and experience.
Manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) [Specify ATS if applicable].
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting processes and strategies.
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs (virtual and in-person, as applicable).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
Onboard newly hired employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice is mandatory. Demonstrate expertise in utilizing advanced search strategies and Boolean search techniques on these platforms.
Strong understanding of the technology industry and current market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
