About The Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle IT recruitment, with experience hiring for technical roles across various domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, including Application Development , Cloud Computing, Leadership roles ...etc
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews, to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, to attract top IT talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• In-depth knowledge of technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry.
• Strong sourcing skills using various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Ability to conduct both technical and behavioral interviews.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring goals within deadlines.
• Line up and coordinate candidates for weekend drive.
