Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst with a strong background in web or mobile project experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in a B2C or B2B domain, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for web or mobile development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web or mobile projects.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Should have good analytical skills, can review the documents shared by the client team and create BA deliverables.
• Should have first-hand experience in writing and managing user story document, non-functional requirements, traceability matrix etc.
• Should be comfortable with the technical requirement discussion and have experience in mapping the requirements to API with JSON as request/response.
• Should be able to participate in UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification along with dev and QA team.
• Excellent time and stakeholders' management, decision-making, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop use cases, user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to articulate business requirements and system functionality.
• Analyze and identify business process improvements and provide recommendations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the delivered solution meets business requirements.
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
• Support the development and execution of training materials and documentation to support end-users.
• Continuously assess and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Domain Experience: Strong experience in B2C or B2B domains.
• Project Experience: Must have proven experience in web or mobile projects with hands-on involvement in the analysis, design, and implementation stages.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to understand and document technical requirements for web and mobile development.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and document results effectively.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with mobile and web development processes and technologies.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
