Job Description :

As the Technical Product Manager for our CPaaS, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to market an app that will revolutionize how enterprises interact with their customers.

You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketing experts, to execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Vision : Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives.

- Design and Development : Lead the design and development of the B2B mobile app, leveraging technologies like Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Linux scripting, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.

- Integration Expertise : Manage and implement seamless integrations with CRM systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly between the mobile app and other enterprise software.

- Middleware Development : Oversee the development of middleware components that enable smooth communication between the app and backend systems.

- Data Schema : Create and maintain effective data schemas to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.

- Technical Leadership : Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

- GTM Strategy : Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to formulate and execute a GTM strategy, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.

Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of proven experience in designing and developing B2B mobile applications.

- Strong expertise in technologies such as Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Linux scripting, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.

- In-depth knowledge of CRM integrations and data schema design.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and transformation.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
