Android Engineer - Kotlin (3-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will build and optimize our Android app, ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience. You will work closely with the founders, influencing product direction and delivering innovative features.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with founders to define product goals and ensure timely delivery.

- Develop and maintain a high-performance Android app, focusing on user experience and scalability.

- Architect and implement new features using best practices for modularity and maintainability.

- Optimize app performance, ensuring efficient memory management and smooth interactions.

- Work with Jetpack Components, Coroutines, LiveData, Room, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt).

- Debug and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high code quality through testing and code reviews.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience as an Android Engineer, proficient in Kotlin.

- Strong understanding of Android app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Components, Coroutines, LiveData, Room, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt).

- Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
