Job Description
- Planning : Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with respective functions goals objectives
- Process Management : ensure the company recruitment process - job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews etc. is managed
- Drive referral/campus hiring where required including communication/branding strategy across channels.
- Proactively seek market intelligence/ latest industry trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Continuous improvement mindset - suggest new ideas / solutions for improving talent acquisition activities
- Have a strong bias for using data to solve problems, data analytics and reporting
- Data analysis reporting : Utilize recruitment metrics analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key recruitment KPIs.
- MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR with 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to bulk hiring / sales hiring is mandatory.
- Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.
- Experience sourcing from different channels - consultants, job portals, self-sourcing, referrals, etc.
- Understanding and hands on experience with Application tracking system(s).
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
