Supervisor - High Frequency machine - PVC To PVC welding

Role & responsibilities

Regular maintenance of HF welding and ultrasonic welding

Responsible for machine, production and maintenance.

Work allocation to team

Daily report submission, work management , team management

Trouble shooting, improvement of output and supervision.

Prepare final product for dispatch, label and packing.

Process validation and sample validation ,

Preferred candidate profile

Operation and setting knowledge of HF welding and ultrasonic welding

Good knowledge in different materials PVC and TPU used for welding

Die designing as per requirement.

Preference will be given to candidate who has hands on experience in HF welding.
