Key Responsibilities:
Employee Brand Strategy:.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Align employer branding efforts with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Talent Acquisition:.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top tech talent across various IT roles (SAP consultants/Managers/Senior Managers/Management).
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods like online job boards, professional networking, and tech conferences to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
Employee Onboarding and Development:.
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to seamlessly integrate new hires into the IT team.
- Identify training and development needs for employees, including technical skill upgrades, leadership development, and career progression planning.
- Facilitate continuous learning initiatives through mentorship programs, internal training sessions, and external courses.
Performance Management:.
- Establish clear performance expectations and metrics aligned with company goals for IT teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage performance-related issues and address performance gaps effectively.
Employee Engagement and Retention:.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and implement improvements based on employee needs.
- Develop and execute employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and promote a sense of belonging.
Compensation and Benefits:.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive compensation packages, including salary structures, bonus plans, and stock options, considering industry standards and market trends.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee needs.
Compliance and Legal Matters:.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, including data privacy and compliance with IT-specific regulations.
- Advise management on employment-related legal matters and mitigate potential risks.

- Proven experience in HR management within the IT industry.
- Expertise in recruitment strategies for technical roles, including sourcing through professional networks and online platforms.
