Skills ESSENTIAL :

Experience :
- 16 years of relevant HR operations experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in creating exceptional processes and policies in the organisation.
- Experience in building strategy for mid-sized or start-up organizations or in EdTech sector.
- Data and metrics driven analytics in decision making.
- Hands-on attitude with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in implementation of ATS/ERP tools

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
- MBA in Human Resources or any equivalent PG qualification.
RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIONS:
Employee Records:
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintain employee records and binding agreements in the personnel file
- Track and monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves
- Advise management on best practices in industry.
Employee Queries:
- Address employee concerns or escalate issues in a timely manner to resolve them.
- Collate and maintain employee suggestions box and communicate on action taken
Reporting and Metrics:
- Responsible for publishing various reports and dashboards in a timely manner as per the agreements.
- Publish reports for management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or need based including attrition Analysis
- Analysing the data, identify gaps and ensure data accuracy at 100%
- Provide HR analytical insights to enable strategic decision making
- Initiate and publish reports on employee surveys
- Ensure monthly desk time reports are published accurately and in a timely manner to the manager
- Publish team productivity reports on a month basis for review
Team Management:
- Build, coach and train the team to be self-managed in their execution to support organization's growth plans.
- Build and drive a culture of transparency and trust, where team members feel comfortable and empowered to take decisions.
- Monitor and manage team performance against the deliverables and in driving strategic projects by guiding and providing timely feedback
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Employee On Boarding - Work with the TA team to communicate, new hires, IT, Facilities, reporting manager to ensure smooth end to end on boarding and induction.
- Ensure that emp ID', offer letters, appointment letters are generated for GEI, GGS, and UPES entities in a timely manner to onboard the employees
- Document Validation prior to onboarding and managing the BGV
