React.js Developer - Redux/Javascript (2-3 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic React JS Developer with a passion for building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and associated tools to build user-friendly, high-performance applications.

As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for implementing front-end components, collaborating with back-end developers, and optimizing the overall user experience for web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dynamic, highly responsive web applications using React.js.

- Implement UI components and their workflows as per project requirements.

- Ensure consistent look and feel across all platforms by adhering to design guidelines and best practices.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Work with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or other solutions to manage state across React components.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience even with large data sets.

- Collaborate with back-end developers to design and integrate RESTful APIs and Web Services with the front-end React components.

- Integrate the front end with back-end services such as authentication, user profiles, and content management.

- Ensure that the application is cross-browser compatible and works well on all devices and screen sizes.

- Write media queries, use responsive design techniques, and ensure mobile-first principles.

- Write unit tests for React components using Jest, Enzyme, or other testing tools to ensure the stability of the application.

- Work with QA teams to resolve any bugs and issues identified during the testing phase.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.

- Use version control tools like Git to manage source code and work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

- Ensure smooth deployment of React applications, integrating with CI/CD pipelines as necessary.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js for developing modern, scalable web applications.

- Deep understanding of JavaScript, including concepts like closures, promises, async/await, and modern ES6+ features.

- Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools for managing global state in large applications.

- Ability to create responsive designs using CSS, SASS, and Media Queries.

- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs into React applications.

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, NPM, and Yarn.

- Experience working with Git for version control and collaboration in a team environment.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme for writing unit and integration tests
