HR Head - Recruitment Specialist Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Head Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. Leadership & Strategy:
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organizations hiring needs.
Align recruitment goals with overall business objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on market trends.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and strategies.
Process Improvement:
Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Implement best practices in candidate assessment and selection to enhance the quality of hires.
Employer Branding:
Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in recruitment, with 10 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
