Responsible for achieving a state of high-quality documentation from our Supplier partners as a change request(CR)
Distributing CRs to affected Philips Global entities closing back to supplier Partners.
Train suppliers on GDP Philips requirements.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to align on timely CR closure deliverables
Facilitate effective communication to ensure seamless coordination across departments
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Address challenges promptly, maintaining focus on business-critical needs.

2. Data Accuracy Management
Generating Maintaining accurate data/records across various platforms systems.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies implement corrective actions.
3. Reporting Presentations:
Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations using data insights.
Develop dashboards, charts, and reports to support decision-making processes.

In this role, you will be part of the SQE PMO team. You will be responsible for achieving a state of high-quality documentation from our Supplier partners. This requires a high level of accuracy and understanding of prioritization of the change request by close collaboration with multiple stakeholders. When not handled properly, impact leads to potential production shortages and untreated patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a global supplier base, drive change process improvement and optimization on diverse set of geographies
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Certified in ISO 13485: 2016 and /or 21CFR Part 820
7 to 10 years experience in establishing and maintaining regulated Supplier Management Systems.
Program management skills and must have managed supplier
Proven experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with delivering tools/methods for establishing QMS Quality Manuals and Intra-company Quality Agreements
Change Management - ability to influence stakeholders in the value and benefit of the new processes
Experience addressing conflicts, escalation at team level to achieve desired results.
Demonstrated experience handling deadlines, able to focus on targets
Demonstrated experience-driving progress, taking initiative to achieve results.
Experience understanding of the process approach End-to-End
