A project / program manager is responsible to achieve the project/program objectives within agreed schedule, budget, scope and quality that meet the stakeholder s expectations.
Your role:
You lead the Procurement activities including developing local and global supply base development as well as product development for all MR - RFRC business activities in India.
Life Cycle management (RD), New Product Development (RD), Service and FCO Operations (Service ISC), Supplier Development (Commodity management) are key elements of team and Stakeholders.
This position provides unique opportunity for an Individual to demonstrate her / his entrepreneur mind set, solution-oriented approach and strong leadership skills, Travel 10-20% max local / regional and global.
Creates strategic impact by initiating, organizing, and implementing Procurement programs and transformations in the Business in line with Category and Business Procurement strategies.
Captures supplier innovation in product and business creation to optimize propositions and achieve the best value for Philips and its customers.
Ensures early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned product.
Gaining agreements on and achieving program goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the program scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks
Driving key localization of supply base supplier business transfer projects.
Clearly outlining expected project deliverables and project interdependencies
Monitoring the business cases detailing the outcomes, and benefits, supported by well defined program approaches that are documented in program charters.
Leading and coordinating program activities and resources across the program scope to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Handling Supply Chain escalation to drive drives simplification.
Building partnerships with the program s stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.

Youre the right fit if: 1. Strong Experience in Supplier Development, NPI Development, Supplier transfer, Procurement Processes and Quality Mind set
2. Entrepreneur mind-set, Solution Oriented Approach, Business acumen, Strong Supply base and EMS / Plastic manufacturing knowledge
3. BE/B.Tech Engineer (Electronics MBA preferred) with 10 years of experience in Procurement and Product development . Having Healthcare industry supply base knowledge will be an added advantage.
