Coordinator Assistant

• Coordination with other departments, preparing reports, outlook, making production plans, assist production manager.

Responsibilities:

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the production department and other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. This includes sharing information, resolving issues, and coordinating schedules.
  
• Reporting: Prepare regular production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing production data, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
  
• Scheduling (Outlook Management): Manage production schedules using Outlook or other scheduling software, ensuring that resources (equipment, materials, personnel) are allocated effectively and that deadlines are met. This may involve scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and managing calendars.
  
• Production Planning Assistance: Assist the Production Manager in developing and implementing production plans, considering factors such as customer demand, capacity constraints, and resource availability. This might include data analysis, forecasting, and creating production schedules.
  
• Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records of production data, including production volumes, downtime, and material usage.
  
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues, escalating problems to the Production Manager as needed.
  
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, providing updates on production status and addressing any concerns.
