Job Description:
SaaS Partnerships Strategy and Data Analyst Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SaaS Partnerships Strategy and Data Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth through partnerships, managing data analytics, supporting M&A research, and facilitating effective business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent coordination skills, and experience in building data-driven insights that influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Strategy & Analytics:
• Develop data-driven strategies to identify, evaluate, and optimize SaaS partnerships.
• Analyze partnership performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to align partnership goals with broader business objectives.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Research:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential M&A opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem.
• Analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and financial data to assess strategic fit.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams to support M&A due diligence processes.
• Salesforce Dashboard & Reporting:
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build custom reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Business Review & Operations Management:
• Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to track progress against strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare business review materials, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Manage reporting and communication of P&L data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Serve as a key liaison with the corporate development team to drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables for key projects and strategic activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, strategy, partnerships, or related roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Experience with M&A research, Salesforce dashboard development, and business reviews is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics.
• Experience working in corporate strategy, corporate development, or partnership roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L reporting and aligning data to strategic goals.
