Senior Machine Learning Engineer - NLP (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, focusing on NLP applications.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis and feature engineering to prepare data for machine learning models.

- Train, evaluate, and optimize NLP models to achieve high performance and address real-world business challenges.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP research and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Document machine learning models and processes clearly and concisely.

- Participate in the development and improvement of our machine learning infrastructure.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a related role.

- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (e.g, text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition).

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and AI concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
