A strong understanding of film/video production, offline editorial, colour, visual effects, and animation workflows, to be able to Conform visual effects, 2D animation, and finishing of video content across multiple deliverable platforms.

Conform timelines of camera original and graded footage eye matching, checked meticulously against offline reference for accuracy; perform time warps, split screens, motion effects, etc. as required.

Work in client attended sessions to provide visually creative and timely solutions to directors, creative, editors and other project owners.

Collaborate with the post producer and execution of finish work as directed by the stakeholders.

Communicate with producers to provide accurate assessments of workload and manage time effectively against this.

Organize and manage versioning, QC and delivery of final assets.

Troubleshoot technical issues on projects.

An understanding & transforms used in colour management; the ability to incorporate specific looks determined by directors and cinematographers.

A thorough understanding of multi-pass CG & VFX compositing and techniques used to integrate elements into live action footage.
