Sharepoint Developer

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to support ongoing Microsoft SharePoint Online projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint administration, site creation, configuration, debugging, and migration projects. Additionally, expertise in PowerShell, ShareGate, Azure Cloud, and corporate intranet development will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Site Development:
  
• Create and configure new SharePoint sub-department sites in the existing architecture.
• Design and build farm, web page UI/UX, and document management systems using library folder structure, metadata, and permission matrix.
• Implement audit tools and generate insight reports for site performance and usage.
• Site Configuration & Management:
  
• Work with Document Libraries and SharePoint Lists for better data management.
• Define and implement folder structures and manage metadata for seamless document management.
• Set up unique permissions for different business units based on requirements.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  
• Provide daily support for all SharePoint Online-related issues.
• Offer expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint configurations.
• Database Management & Integration:
  
• Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries for data handling.
• Work with MS Forms and workflow development to automate and streamline business processes.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  
• Develop documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met with the best possible technology solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Essential:
  
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation, configuration, and migration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint administration.
• Strong Business Process Automation knowledge and experience.
• Self-starter, innovative, with excellent presentation skills.
• B Tech, MCA, or BSc in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Desirable:
  
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
• Experience with MSP, Cloud platforms, and MS Power Platform.
• Ability to meet defined SLAs and drive efficient project delivery.
• Experience:
  
• 8-10+ years of experience in ICT/Manufacturing industries, with a focus on SharePoint development.
• Experience with business process automation in an ICT environment is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Ideally, candidates should have experience in an ICT business environment, handling end-to-end business process automation and implementation projects.
