Site Accountant- Finance & Accountant - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Conducting the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.
• Adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting priniciples vis a vis Accounting.
• Accurate and Timely Accounting, Reporting: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly,Half yearly and Annually.
• Verification of Invoices as per company policy and ensuring timely payments.
• Co-ordinate with Base Managers and Site Personnels for Accounting functions.
• Monitoring and Supervising the work of Subordinates at site and providing adequate training.
• Maintaining and Monitoring the Adequate records for financial transactions.
• Preparing the Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Fund requirements for Site Activities.
• Conducting the Physical verification of Inventories and Fixed Assets at Site as and when needed.
