Senior Consultant - Ivalua

Job Title: Ivalua Consultant (Functional & Technical)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Consultant proficient in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing all Ivalua modules and functions, including both functional and technical setups, and will provide day-to-day user support and user training. Strong experience with Ivalua ERP integrations and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, such as Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Quality-related business process automation, is essential.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Ivalua Implementation & Support:
  
• Lead and support the implementation of Ivaluas P2P and S2C modules.
• Provide hands-on expertise in functional and technical setup for Ivalua solutions.
• Administer Ivalua System, managing Master Data, Company setups, and user testing.
• Conduct user training and develop training manuals, flow charts, and process documentation.
• Provide ongoing day-to-day support to end-users, ensuring smooth business operations.

• Process Automation & Integration:
  
• Automate and streamline procurement processes such as Supplier Management, Purchase Requests, Sourcing Events, Bidding, Purchase Orders, Contract Awards, Spend Analytics, Invoice Management, and Payment Advice.
• Integrate Ivalua with ERP systems and other relevant applications for seamless business operations.
• Foster the adoption of technology to maximize cost-effective business benefits.

• SCM & Reporting Expertise:
  
• Manage SCM functions including Supplier Onboarding, P2P, S2C, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Quality Control.
• Provide Ivalua reporting, including data extraction, report creation, and system administration.

• Project Management:
  
• Lead projects related to Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, Master Data, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.
• Support business processes for industries such as Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.

Skills Required:

• Essential:
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Ivalua Functional and Technical setups.
• Expertise in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Automation, and Sourcing to Pay processes.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Self-starter with a creative and innovative approach to solving business challenges.

• Desirable:
  
• Proven ability to provide on-time support and meet SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of Ivalua (Sourcing to Pay).
• Ability to effectively manage and implement business process automation.

Qualifications / Certifications:

• Essential:
  
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), MCA, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industrial experience, with 5+ years as an Ivalua Functional & Technical Consultant.
• Desirable:
  
• Ivalua Certification and ITIL Certification.
• Experience in an Ivalua Implementation Partner Firm or working within the Oil & Gas industry.

Additional Information:

• Preferably, the candidate should have experience working in a business IT environment for end-to-end business process automation.
• Functional support experience for business end-users is essential.
• Familiarity with business process adoption and implementation in Epicor Kinetic is an added advantage.
