Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

Commercial: Interpretation of Contracts, Preparation of Invoices as per Contract Terms and Conditions, Submission of Invoices 2. Data Collection and Analysis: Collection of expenditure data from various sources, analysis and processing Receipts Tracking 3. MIS: Tracking of all the Expense with details, Periodic MIS Reporting (Dashboard), 4. Documentation: Physical and Computerize documentation of all the records 5.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships among department, other departments within the company and with external Government Parties
