Graduate Engineer Trainee

Basic Requirement: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong academic background with a focus on ICT infrastructure.

Familiarity with networking concepts, server administration, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities for the Role: (it may change subjected to the requirement of the project)

ICT Infrastructure Support: Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other related components.

Server Administration: Support server management tasks such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual servers.

Networking Assistance: Collaborate in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking devices, ensuring smooth connectivity and security.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide first-level support for ICT-related issues, identifying problems, diagnosing errors, and offering timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless ICT solutions and contribute to ongoing projects. Foster a cooperative team environment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions. Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and incidents.

Learning and Adaptation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in ICT infrastructure. Participate in relevant training programs to improve technical expertise.

Security and Compliance: Assist in implementing basic security measures for infrastructure, such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls to ensure data protection.

Customer Support and Interaction: Provide excellent communication with end-users, ensuring their ICT-related needs and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in infrastructure performance and suggest solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Ad-hoc Tasks:
Participate in other ICT-related tasks or projects as needed, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organizations technological infrastructure.
