Perydot is looking for Network L1 Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• As a Network L1 Professional, you will be responsible for providing fundamental support in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's network infrastructure
• You will work closely with senior network engineers and IT staff to ensure the seamless operation of the network

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor network performance and identify issues proactively
• Respond to alerts and incidents, performing basic troubleshooting to resolve connectivity and performance problems
• User Support:Assist end-users with basic network-related issues, such as connectivity problems and access requests
• Provide technical support to internal staff on network-related matters
• Configuration and Installation:Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure proper documentation of network configurations and changes
• Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement network solutions and improvements
• Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Security:Follow security best practices in network administration
• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security protocols
