Active Directory L1

The L1 Active Directory is responsible for assisting in the daily

operations and tasks associated with domain controller management. This includes

basic troubleshooting, monitoring, and ticket resolution under the supervision of senior

staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the health of domain controllers and report any irregularities.

Assist in the creation and management of user accounts and groups.

Handle first-level incident responses related to domain issues.

Follow documented procedures for routine tasks.

Assist in basic backup and recovery tasks.

Escalate complex issues to L2 and L3 administrators.
